On April 29, Baskin-Robbins will sell scoops of its ice cream for 31 cents to raise money for charity. The "31 cent scoop night" will be nationwide on Wednesday, April 29, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. They plan to give $100,000 National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) National Junior Firefighter Program.
